Bee Mortgage is the first end-to-end mobile solution for buying a home. Its app incorporates Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, and “smart” contracts to let users complete the entire mortgage process on their phone.
Other digital mortgage solutions — Rocket Mortgage, for instance — still rely on human loan officers to drive the majority of their process. For example, after a customer submits a loan application online, their file is passed off to a human loan officer. At that point, they’re beholden to the loan team to process their application.
Bee’s platform eliminates the human element. As a result, the mortgage process is driven by the borrower, on their time and schedule. (Bee does have a team of mortgage experts available for assistance.)
Bee has launched a minimum viable product for iOS and Android. It plans for a full launch in 2021.
